What materials are COYA products made from?

All COYA creations are crafted from 100% shorn alpaca wool, collected from healthy, living alpacas. We never use hides, making our products a cruelty-free and sustainable alternative to fur.

Are alpacas harmed in the process?

Not at all. Alpacas are gently shorn once a year, much like sheep, which is important for their health and comfort. No harm ever comes to the animals.

Are COYA plushes safe for children?

Yes, alpaca wool is naturally hypoallergenic and free from lanolin, making it gentle and safe for sensitive skin. We recommend supervision for very young children, as our plushes are artisan-made.

Why does each alpaca plush look slightly different?

Because alpaca wool is a natural fiber and each item is handmade by artisans in Peru, every plush is truly unique in color, shape, and texture. No two are ever exactly alike.

Are COYA products hypoallergenic?

Yes. Alpaca wool is lanolin-free and hypoallergenic, making it ideal for those with allergies or sensitive skin.

Do the products shed wool?

Minimal shedding is normal for natural alpaca wool, especially in the beginning. With gentle care, this will reduce over time.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD and EUR.

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

We accept 3 times payment thank our partner Affirm.

You will be able to choose that payment option at checkout.

Orders and Returns

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Your COYA products can be delivered directly to your door, no matter where you live.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. However, we do have several distributors in Europe, the US, and Canada.
